1. Purpose of the program
The Uncle Rewards - We reward your loyalty program was created to value and thank Uncle Food customers, recognizing a concrete benefit for those who choose to keep restocking with us. It is neither a sweepstakes mechanism nor a tied sale: it is a loyalty tool that rewards the value of the orders placed.
2. Promoting entity
The program is promoted by Uncle Food SRL , with registered office at via Alcide de Gasperi 33, VAT no. 08710071211 (hereinafter "Uncle Food").
3. Eligible participants and enrollment
The program is reserved for customers holding an active VAT number, for purchases made within the scope of their business or professional activity. Enrollment is automatic with the first eligible order: no registration or code entry is required.
4. Rewards on individual orders
For each order that reaches one of the stated spending thresholds, VAT, shipping and labeling service excluded, a reward is granted, automatically added to the cart and delivered with the order:
the Bronze Reward is earned with a minimum spend of at least €500.00, the Silver Reward with at least €750.00, and the Gold Reward with at least €1,200.00. In all three cases the reward varies every month.
The reward is granted for each order that reaches a threshold, with no limit on the number of orders rewarded in the same month or during the entire program period. Each order is assessed individually and entitles the customer to the reward corresponding to the highest threshold reached by the value of that specific order.
For example, in the same month:
- 1st order of €500 → Bronze reward;
- 2nd order of €500 → Bronze reward again;
- 3rd order of €750 → Silver reward;
and so on, for every additional order that reaches one of the thresholds.
The thresholds always refer to the individual order and are not cumulative across different orders (two €500 orders do not equal one €1,000 order). The reward catalog may change monthly and is published on unclefood.com/it">unclefood.com/it
5. Final Grand Prize
Every euro spent (VAT excluded and shipping excluded) in the period 1 July - 31 December 2026 counts toward the total spending accumulation associated with the customer. Upon reaching €7,500 in total spending in the indicated period, the Final Grand Prize is unlocked, awarded only once per customer / VAT number and shipped ONLY after 31 December 2026.
6. Returns, cancellations and deduction of amounts
The amounts that count toward reaching the thresholds (art. 4) and toward the accumulation for the Final Grand Prize (art. 5) are understood to be net of returns, cancellations, reversals, credit notes or order adjustments, for whatever reason and at whatever time they occur.
In particular, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:
- in the event of a return, cancellation or adjustment of an order, the amount the corresponding amount is deducted from the total, even retrospectively and even if the return takes place days or weeks after the order (for example: an order delivered and then returned after 15 days results in the deduction of the related amount);
- the deduction applies both to the calculation of the thresholds for the individual order and to the total for the Final Maxi Prize;
- if, as a result of the deduction, the order value drops below the threshold that entitled the customer to a prize, the right to that prize lapses: the prize must be returned together with the donated goods or its value may be charged or offset against the refund amount;
- if, as a result of the deduction, the total spend drops below the threshold for the Final Maxi Prize before its actual delivery, the right to the Maxi Prize does not accrue or, if already awarded but not yet delivered, it lapses.
Uncle Food reserves the right to update the customer's total at any time to reflect returns and adjustments.
7. Exclusions and proper use
Prizes are not convertible into cash nor transferable to third parties and are subject to availability; in the event of unavailability Uncle Food may replace them with prizes of equivalent or higher value. Uncle Food may exclude from the program customers who use it abusively or fraudulently, including fictitious orders or orders systematically followed by returns for the sole purpose of obtaining prizes.
8. Personal data
The data are processed pursuant to EU Reg. 2016/679 (GDPR) for the management of the program.
9. Changes and competent court
Uncle Food may amend these Terms and Conditions for organizational or regulatory reasons, publishing the updated version on unclefood.com/it">unclefood.com/it. For anything not provided for, the applicable law applies. Competent court: Naples.
