Although Ferrero is an Italian multinational company, the snack I am proposing here is absolutely not available in Italy. Ferrero Hanuta is a wafer of a thousand nuances: sweet, yes, but not overly so; crunchy on the outside but with a soft hazelnut cream heart... but even then, not overly so. Because along with the cream, you will find toasted hazelnut pieces that will crunch under your teeth. The wafer also consists of several very thin layers, thus achieving a perfect balance between the cream and the hazelnuts.
